This haiku was inspired by Patrick’s Pic and a Word Challenge #180 – Courage. I found this image from an old passport and thinking about my last poem, one of the most courageous things a person can do is apologize and repair a broken relationship. Courage is big deeds and small – but I would contend that it’s the small deeds that most often save lives.
